Virtual Training – essential information
- Delegates who miss over 15 minutes of the training session might not qualify for a certificate.
- Your learning is important to us. Please participate fully, keep your cameras on during breakout rooms and interactive activities to support group interaction.
- Treat this virtual learning as you would face-to-face training. Set aside emails and other work commitments, plan to avoid interruptions, and make this time yours.

- Headsets or earphones are recommended for virtual training. If unavailable, ensure you are in a private or quiet space to maintain concentration and confidentiality.
- The MS Teams link and course materials can be downloaded from your training account 10 days before the event.
- After completing an evaluation, you can download the slides, training handout, and your certificate from your account.
