This is one of five modules looking at the exploitation of children. These modules can be completed independently or as part of pre-requisite learning prior to completing Level 3 training 'Understanding Child Exploitation', depending on your role.

Learning Outcomes:

  • To gain an understanding of what we mean by risks in the community (place based risk or contextual safeguarding)
  • Recognise the signs and indicators
  • Know what protective measures you can use
  • Know how to respond to a concern, including making a referral
