Effective Support & Supervision (Level 4)

This course is designed primarily to meet the needs of the education and early years sector but will also provide a foundation for managers in other sectors. Headteachers, Designated Safeguarding Leads and other senior leads/managers are encouraged to attend. 

To raise awareness of:

• the principles of supervision
• the importance of building resilience and promoting a safeguarding culture
• understanding how stress, anxiety and secondary trauma can impact on critical thinking, emotions and effective decision making
• understanding what is good supervision, explore expectations and the different models available
